The only dislike I have is salary issue, Wipro is paid very less when compared to other companies who are aligned for the same job role.

Company was good I like most environment, food, and cultural program doing. ☺there is a good cab facilities

Wipro provides good position but salary was too low at starting. Nothing else we can learn more skills and more position I think for fresher it's good to start career

Too many transport issues, there is no one to care about you. Makes you work extra and does not pay on time. You'll also not get any sick leave.

Dislikes

No leaves, doesn't reimburse on time, breaks most of the promises. No team outings. No national holidays.

In this pandamic I was end up with the money and my family is depended on my salary. Then I got placed in Wipro. Wipro is one of the top most company and it gives the best job security. I'm successfully completed my 7 months with Wipro and working ahead.. thanks to wipro. Instead of this company policies are good and appraisals are fair. Working from home is saving our life's.

...r to complete and I did not stayed 1 more day extra . Reasons mentioned below Offered Low salary (even with 20 months of prior experience) and there is no concept of yearly increment is available No extra benefits at all may be there is a e medical insurance (I never really utilised so I can’t speak about it) Team leaders are hard to work with ( they have bossy attitude and there is no friendly approach towards their team members) One of the worst Work atmospheres I have experienced Rotational shifts Voice process (you have to be on call for 8 hours excluding turbine hour break) Fixed break timings ( they use to yell at people even if 1 min break is exceeded) No promotions Leave policy also not that great (they gave only 3 days for my marriage when extended team leader made a fuss about it imagine how I have felt after getting married and came back to office )
