Bad pay Promotions affected by partiality(candidates who are less skilled compared to others were promoted) Misbehaviour instances towards women by men Lack of promotion of discipline and only promotion of scores and performance Comparatively poor incentives and no allowances for night shift Frequent occurences of failure to attend to some serious issues

There is politics and favoritism. The company do not pay well for appraisals and promotion

...s are happening, however they are indifferent to your personal financial growth. Leadership here is more focused on cost cutting, moving existing people to new projects and putting extra burden on the remaining resources

Good parts are Salary will be ontime, Leave policy is good . IJP options, Brand value is good.

Dislikes

Company and its operation policy are good but people Who are leading team are not capable enough to direct team according to company values and policies. Work life balance is critical in some of the projects. And it's transportation policy makes you loose your time atleast for 2hours in a day excluding travel time. Leads are not transparent in giving ratings, OT pay won't given on time and most of the time no full OT will be given ,if work extra 10 hours it will be given 1 or 2 hours based on the leads mood. Who ever is capable of doing work will get more work but not appreciated. Lack of carreer development. Favouritism.
