Nothing it's worst Comapny ever

Employees work Hard Day and Night even after working so Hard. They are not Increasing Salary. They are paying Salary as the y are given to Beggars. Worst Company. Not given Postion or any Benefits.

I liked the learning and development activities, Accenture takes all the priority measures to keep safe work environment.

Dislikes

What I disliked are Shifts, long working hours and transport facility, compensation and growth.

For starters, I think it is one of the best place to get exposure and learnings. Vast areas of business helps in movements from one line of business to another much easier

Dislikes

Very much cost oriented and and does cost cutting on things that they should not, i.e monthly outing budgets, rewards etc.

The best thing about Accenture is you'll get your salary a day before the last working day of that month.

Dislikes

...company isn't employee eccentric and the work environment is very very negative. Pre decided promotions and very less salary hike no matter how exceptionally you did your work.

So much politics, and there would be a more hour working which we are not aware about and they pay less salaries. Career growth is mere like casting couch in movie industry... the worst addition is the transport.
