Sometimes work life balance would be difficult when you work in a critical projects in service based organisation same in the case of accenture If you don’t get Project in base location they might ask us to relocate to the other location

Dislikes

Compensation is decent for new joiners, but growth is slow. Work pressure depends on your boss but majority of the cases it is manageable.There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me to have guide the step-by-step, which pain some times.

Dislikes

They don't care if it is Covid or not, they will lay you off whenever they feel like it. Work place politics is amongst the worst rampant favouritism and lack of culture and ethics.
