Worst company to work in. Filled with nepotism. Founder brings in neighbourhood kids and freshers and ask seniors to train them even thought they know how occupied seniors already are. Wife is main hr since she came to office 6 people have resigned and 3 people are in notice period. Founder gives too much of work in the name of "extremely urgent work" but once the work is done it's not even used and not even noticed. Husband and wife is always in the mission of degrading the employees by pin pointing only negative things but all the great things are left unnoticed. They always say we are not company we are family but the reality is this is hell. We employees are leaving the company they won't even give 1 flower as a thank you. They send a message in whatsapp saying "thank you for your service. All the best" seriously!!!!! Only for female employees working from home is given for completely "1 month"!!!!! But for male employees even 1 day WFH is difficult to get....Read More
