1. Management never appreciate your work whatever you did. 2. your seniors only help those people whos not new for them 3. They change any scheme middle of month or end of the month no scheme security your image in front of DB is going wrist 4. upper management keep only there job safe either you go to hell 5. Never take leave during probation any leave they deducted salary and other wages. 6.
