I like the independence which as a function lead I am provided for making decisions for my function on critical aspects.

Dislikes

I dislike the non transparency in many things concerning to organization wide projects related to technology and IT. Things are told to me and my function at the last moment and that many times becomes a bottleneck for performance and delivery. Organization wide integrated approach towards technology is missing.
