There is nothing ideally to like or appreciate at Zydus. It has done it's rebranding but it lacks the leadership and professional culture how at MNC it should be . Just by doing rebranding , it cannot ape or imitiate itself similar to other MNC's . Since majority stake are of founders , it is typically lala kind of company. It has the age old mentality of maximum work and peanut kinda salary. Morever , it is nowhere with regards work profile , pay , leadership and positive work culture when you compare it with its other peer companies like Cipla , Lupin , Dr Reddy , Biocon, Glenmark , Mankind , etc . Toxic HR work culture , HR can't even speak proper English , they speak in gujarati , high attrition rates and biased working ways are prominent , they believe in buttering the people at top to get brownie points and neglect the juniors and make them feel irrelevant . Very stingy and poor paymasters. Founders have money to spend heavily for their personal luxury car buying , splurging on the crap foundation day function , for celebrating Chairman & MD's birthday functions , but not to the employees who give blood and sweat and work very hard for the company . The only thing HR is concerned is about bring talent at as low cost as possible One of the worst thing is they don't do proper handover to the incoming person when a person leaves the organization , burdens them with mountain of work and squeezes the talent completely. Also , Zydus is very much in news for non adhering to USFDA guidelines and getting strict warnings from them , they have breached quality control numerous times , have produced substandard quality of drugs....Read More
1. Bias culture . Too much buttering to people at top and the founders . 2. Lack of leadership. 3. HR lacks the ability to speak fluent English . 4. HR just believes in bringing talent at junior level at a very low cost. Mainly they reserve big chunk of cost for hiring and retaining top talent , thus showcasing biased culture . 5. No professionalism. 6. High attrition rates . 7. No comparison to other big & professional MNC's . 8. Lack of work balance , no bank holidays also. 9. No proper handover to incoming person by the outgoing person. 10. Everything every day is urgent , too much of workload , believe in squeezing the energy and efforts to the fullest , however pay is very less. 11. Don't give designation hike . 12. HR policies are made in such a way that it suits and caters to CMD , top leadership and higher authorities . 13. Lack of cleanliness and tidiness at workplace , one can see old files , boxes being dumped at workspace for years together attracting insects and rats . 14. Lack of proper work structure . 15. Top leadership believes in only getting popularity 16. No freedom to openly speak and give constructive feedback. I am employed at ahmedabad plant Moriya Good people 👍 supportive some people is mad but it can be ignored.
To much distance to travel I have to travel 35km to reach there it's been 1.5 to 1.5 hours I have to travel and in Morning I have to wake up at 5 am to catch 5:40 am bus and reach at 6:40 am to much work pressure to fast work no work life balance manager just wanted to complete the batch not care about employee health. And batch size is to big. the slogan the dedicated to life is only who get the medicine only. Not for employee 😞basic sallery basic ot pay.food is ok as per price I am very sad because I can't leave the job because of money diwali bonus cut from our side and also bond we should atleast complete 3 years ridiculous. And if we want to leave we have to serve notice period the Just want employee not to quit toxic job no mobile on duty 👎 no Fashion for our self have to cut hairs clean shave. 12hours culture.also sometimes we have to come at sunday rotation shift killed my sleep shedule. I am to stressed in just 4 month of joining if someone from zydus ceo listening please take care your lowest employee health also not just profit. Dusro ki life kharab kar ke paise kamne valo ko Swarg nasib nai hota. And also my ctc is 2,20,000 per year so per month should 18k somthing but in real I am just getting 13,261₹ if we are I'll and we take holiday also money cut what we can provide our families in just 10,000₹ ? In 2025 were hospital and medical bills are to much this tax gst? How middle class person feed his family? I am so frustrated by the this mnc company.only name is good zydus if I tell I am working on zydus than my relatives congratulations me working in good mnc company but only truth we know how I am working. Work life balance not matter for zydus , canteen, traveling all facilities are so poor . toxic working environment, no one have manners how to talk with juniors and seniors. No matter you are a executive or senior executive everyone called you oye , tu , bee . abusive words are normal in conversation. if you did any mistake seniors used very bad abusive words

To the person who's reading this review - Read review completely and think twice before joining. When I got job here, all my well wishers said not to join & still I joined for which I regret my decision now. Now I should hit my face with my chappal for joining here. Recently my ex colleague got a job offer here, he came to know situation here, he preferred to stay jobless for 1 month but he didn't join here and later he searched one more job. He's happy there now. 1) Bond - Employee should have option to leave any organisation if they don't like the policies and work culture. Since there's 3 year bond here, you can't go. Employee should have free will to make job choice. 2) Timings - You'll have to extend your work upto 7 PM sometimes even more, manager will force you stay daily almost. They'll strictly say if you don't want to stay, you can leave the company on your face. ZB has the bad name among all other zydus business units. Too much work stress. Because of this you can't spend time with your family. Many people are resigning even before completing bond and few ppl absconding as well and still HR and management has no reaction on this. 3) Leave policy & C.offs - They'll not give leaves in general. If they give, they'll tell that you're not working well you're senior you shouldn't do like this etc etc. Sandwich policy is there in which you can't take more leaves. You don't even have option to take c.offs against the OTs you did. If you ask for c.off they'll see it as a sin. 4) Micromanagement - Your manager will count your lunch break hours too. All useless discussions & seniors always ready to grab credits of others. In my team, few people writes mail for hour to hour activity done by them at the end of the day. 5) Salary - Salary is preferably low when you compare your work done in the company. It's always less even if your bargain more during interview time. 6) Policies - 6 days full strict working days & timings. Earlier they used to have alternate saturdays off. Due to business needs, these guys kept all Saturdays as working. When all companies are thinking forword, and giving 5 working days, these guys moved backwards. Overall company review is bad. At the end, if you consider self as intelligent one, don't join here. You'll regret your choice later....Read More

I am working in their corporate profile...No work life balance.You will be asked to stay for 1-2 hpurs extra without any pay.. Its like jail...you cannot carry smart phone inside...you have to keep clean shave everyday..you cannot wear jeans in office.......food and transport are worst...very bad experience...
