Managers are making very poisonous situation for people working very hard. They don't know how to get work from people they only threatened our piece of mind and job security. Please hire capable people for responsible position.

On going Management culture in some of the divisions are forcing employees to think beyond Zydus. Unfortunately People bringing poor culture are happily surviving in the Organization. These people should be held accountable for high attrition in Zydus
