1. Supporting for lobbying system! 2. At Alidac highly appreciate only those people's who is store the work and showing they have to much work!! 3. Only gives waitage of female employee, moreover, she is undiscipline.

Zydus is having long range product portfolio and goals. At my point of view, that makes employees job secured and satisfied.

Stringent policies -: 1. You need to shave everyday, then only you will be allowed in campus, however hr and other favourite person can keep long beards. 2. You cannot bring home cooked non veg food in the company. 3. Food served in canteen is poor quality and that too will not be given enough. 4. You are not allowed to wear jeans except friday. 5. washroom stinks bad like anything. 6. if you go out during lunch break, then security guards ask for all details, where r u going, how much time u will be out, what is purpose and all 7. You will be given a corporate role and then will be made to sit in plant location 8. reimbursement is not given if you visit any location of company within ahmedabad..for outside location also they will make you cry to pay your reimbursement 9. onboarding is worst you can ever have...u have to run urself for email setup,laptop bag, microsoft office setup....Read More

Work life balance not matter for zydus , canteen, traveling all facilities are so poor . toxic working environment, no one have manners how to talk with juniors and seniors. No matter you are a executive or senior executive everyone called you oye , tu , bee . abusive words are normal in conversation. if you did any mistake seniors used very bad abusive words
