Whatever they commit to make u join , they never fulfill and harass u for the same in multiple way. And while u decide to leave they threaten u that nowhere u wl be able to work after leaving zydus. They approve leaves and then at the time of salary they unapprove it. So most of assigned leaves wl be LWP. Faculties join seeing the good name of zydus but after joining feels to leave , but somehow need to wait just to complete 6 months or 1 year for the resume experience count.
