The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology which really a good sign for us. work culture is good but need to improve @ senior level. few company policies need to re look where company can gain more market share as per other peer company. Relation be twin higher management and base line workers need to improve.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high but managers do not value an individuals unique strengths which is why i have to take back my suggestions most of the time. envelopment of any serious issue is lees from senior front. Recognition or appreciation almost zero which really a negative impact for such employee.
