Unprofessional employees and work culture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

Open to speak the issue/concern. (i.e. Who is telling concerned, after that local Management side tracked him at Plant.!)

1. Supporting for lobbying system! 2. At Alidac highly appreciate only those people's who is store the work and showing they have to much work!! 3. Only gives waitage of female employee, moreover, she is undiscipline.

Zydus is having long range product portfolio and goals. At my point of view, that makes employees job secured and satisfied.

Too many hierarchy levels. Promotions will take as per joining dates, no matter if you perform throughout the year. The person joining before will get promoted first.

Zydus is a big company which has good work culture in Non Bu vertical only. Owner has good gesture but he is not getting true picture what is happening at shop floor.

No Transparent Appraisal A person who worships boss rather than his work, he always good appraisal TAC is not transparent To save budget of HR in BU only, persons are not given promotion. TAC is used in such cases.
