Zydus has in internal talent management program in which based on one's interest and vacancy in other departments, one can apply for that post and if selected, can be shifted to that dept. In Zydus, work life balance for some departments is not possible due to lot of work. Also, one can get many opportunities for learning and taking responsibility if one wants to.

Dislikes

Being large organisation, appraisal and promotions are very limited. Also Zydus has very high number of posts thus growing in same organisation from lower to top position is bit difficult. Experienced persons joing from other organisation can get higher posts compared to internal talent.

I am working in their corporate profile...No work life balance.You will be asked to stay for 1-2 hpurs extra without any pay.. Its like jail...you cannot carry smart phone inside...you have to keep clean shave everyday..you cannot wear jeans in office...even to take initial laptop and mail id you have to follow up with IT and manager for atleast 5-7 days. They even dont give ms - office ..you have to raise PO for yourself even for your laptop bag...food and transport are worst...very bad experience......Read More

Zydus is a big company which has good work culture in Non Bu vertical only. Owner has good gesture but he is not getting true picture what is happening at shop floor.

No Transparent Appraisal A person who worships boss rather than his work, he always good appraisal TAC is not transparent To save budget of HR in BU only, persons are not given promotion. TAC is used in such cases.

Work culture is satisfactory, HR policies needs to improve to create MNC like culture, some time employee feel huge work load ,job is secure, person specific policies still practice.
