No company other than zydus is good on its way. It always pickup all employees to it's high spike. Zydus is always on it's way to provide sustainable growth to all employees. Management provide each and every employees to it high end. Company is always prepared wright guidance to all employees.

Leaving zydus cadila it's big mistake. No word to express the emotion with zydus cadila. However Working at MNC it's not give immense pleasure due to some people in an organization, also working environment is make so dirty by senior person by partitioning between state and not state person. It's our fear that we can not say truth about our reporting authority, senior person. Senior also do gender bias. It's always our hands under the stone to say abt work culture. Company is ready to teach each and every employees on its high end, however some of person not give opportunity to grow.
