Investment Support is poor as compare to other Top companies.Personal Development also very poor(Internal Growth of Employees) There is very less power to the managers to correct the sub ordinates. Incentives structures also has to improve compare to other companies.

Worst company I ever worked.. Dont join, they fooling employee. No work ethics, no training, In the name of training just time pas Total un ethical practices.. Before join think twice. My recommendations find another... Waste of time and time..

All strategies are mythical.. No stand on one decision. In one day multiple decisions taking for any activity.. No job security. Playing with our future.

Quality of products is very good. Innovation in marketing is good.

Dislikes

Top management makes RBM and ABM responsible for non performance and remove from jobs. They never even call MR for review meeting. Top management directly calls MR and calls them BHAIYAA BHAIYAA. If ABM & RBM asks MR about non performance they call the top management. HR also very poor, they always show their strength on RBM, ABM & ZSM.

So many disadvantages here, mainly area/Regional managers not having product knowledge and they doesn't know the proper detailing, rapot with doctors also... They are playing politics with MRs. Not doing field work and encouraging to push the stock to stockist by adjustments in sales closing, these managers focusing intentionally and they're not professional

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary and bonus every year.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting, i struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.i got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
