There is no job security or hire-and-fire policy; I have seen a person removed from posts with no proper reason just a day before confirmation was due. There is too much work pressure, and marketing's senior management is clueless; they keep changing tracks. There are very few increments, and expectations are huge. Keep on changing the martech platform and making everyone rework.

A really nasty place. You will feel exploited everyday. There is no vision, no goal. The senior management in marketing works on their whims and fancy. A typical day involves waiting for the management to view a new tech stack and get it implemented without any vision. If you're a yes man, you can survive staying in the company easily. Nothing to like about this company. I wish I could have found something. That’s what you hope for when joining or looking for reviews of a company, but unfortunately, the upper management in marketing here is quick to shatter those expectations. Lol.

Nothing to like here. The higher management of marketing at zycus, is deeply flawed and dysfunctional. They intentionally create an unstable work environment by frequently hiring and firing employees, which allows them to protect their own positions while keeping the team in constant turmoil. Their lack of vision is glaring, with frequent and contradictory directives that change within the same day. They are hardcore micromanagers, imposing excessive control over every aspect of work while pushing employees to work 16-18 hour a day with no regard for their well-being. The management is obsessed with using the latest technologies for every task, often without a clear purpose or understanding of their applications. The onus to make a bad decision by senior marketering management, successful, is on you. Lol The work culture in marketing is toxic, rife with unethical practices, favoritism, and political gamesmanship, all of which are supported by the top executives. Despite market competitive salary offers, the reality is a deliberate setup for failure, with unattainable targets used as a pretext for firing, disrespecting, demoralizing employees. Adequate resources are not provided, even the minimum requirements of a role are not sufficed. Many people have left or been terminated under these hostile conditions. The management’s approach is not only demoralizing but also disrespectful, and the HR department is ineffective and unresponsive, like a silent audience. To make matters worse, the marketing management resorts to manipulating their public image by giving inflated ratings and positive reviews on different platforms, masking the true nature of the work environment. They are deliberately creating a toxic environment to protect their own jobs at the expense of your career. So don't get tricked with good reviews if you see, high prababilty that it's someone of these folks who have put it. Indiscipline, Rude languages in meetings , Dictatorship by VPs, Global Delivery Team on Zycus is slave for all the other team, they can be scolded or dominated by PDT or Cloud team any time and guess what, no one in the organisation support GD team not even their own SVP. Fraud commitments on VPP (variable pay).

No Job security at all. Every minute is tracked and if your out time is 1 min less, half day salary gone. Leads are so dim witted, they don't even know how to spell lead and above all how to communicate in English. Often meetings are conducted in Hindi. They will lure you with package then tell you that the package they have offereddemands work of 5 people. Save yourself my friends. If you choose and stay in such an org you might even end up in a phase where you will lose your talents and specially worst of all how to communicate in English. There are no future prospects , better join a promising Multinational even if you have to compromise a little with package.
