-Company culture if you are ok to say , Yes Sir, Yes Sir then you'll feel awesome or you will be main topic for micro management. - No Hike on time or if it happens then I'll be 1 -5% max , uf junior level forget about there is something called hike. - Be ready for local abusive word in normal meeting. - Promation gives as a khairat, no need of any kind of Experience for upper management only Yes Sir Yes Sir is good enough. - No a good place for mental peace. - There are many things....Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
