Its past where it used to be a great company.

Dislikes

The company didn’t value its employees, if you complete your all KPIs and lead all product divisions, you will get 4-5% increments. Lot of arbitration and toxic culture added with pathetic work life balance. They told permanent work from home and get all the employees, but they changed the policy.

There is nothing to like about this company. Don’t join it even you are jobless.

There is so much that is wrong about this company. This company is run like KGF. They want you to work without any motivation. They will treat you like a slave. They have a unlimited leave policy but they won’t give you leaves. Senior Management is emotional less and they will treat you like that. Stay away from this company if you want mental peace.

Not much now. Most good people have left or are planning to.

Dislikes

It was initially good company but then with management changes they started layoffs. That too without compensating for the 2 month notice period. They cheated everyone they laid off by finding some performance issues, even though we had received a bunch of appraisal mails previous month. They just overhired and the management couldn't hold on to as many projects they had expected. They just laid off people in the unethical way. Previously it was good with good pay and decent work life balance but now beware. It's better to work for another company where management has spine to say if they are not doing well rather than blaming employees for performance....Read More
