Need to take a very hard look at the work life balance. The number of incoming people is high and outgoing is also high through out the year which is mainly because of the immense work pressure. People quit with in 2 to 3 months of joining. My average productive hours have been 12hrs a day. And some days were 14hrs. Which is highly unacceptable. Some ppl even work for 15hrs and weekends to reduce their workload on weekdays. Very demanding environment once an employee is 1 month old in the company. And double standards too.
