They have a unlimited leave policy but they won’t give you leaves. Senior Management is emotional less and they will treat you like that. Stay away from this company if you want mental peace.

ZoomRX used to be a good working to work, now it only gives unnecessary stress - long work hours, blame culture, top performers who take all responsibility gets 5-6% hikes.

Long working hours, higher management takes decisons as per their convenience, blame culture, poor hikes if you take all responsibility, do all your OKRs you will get 5-6% hike but they are growing rapidly.
