Zomato is best in its culture and it takes care of their employees very well in such a way that they understand each and every problem and try to understand and solve new problems that are faced by their employees.

Dislikes

Nothing!! I don’t think, this is the right place for work. In ambitionBox why it’s showing 3.8 rating. In reality Zomato rating should be << 3

1. Bad work culture ( morning 10:00 am you have to come and leaving around average 9:00 pm) if you leave around 6:00 pm then you have to message on slack and tell the team that I’m leaving early for some personal work. 2. They expecting that you have to work on weekend. 3. In a week, there is minimum 2 deployment, for that you have to attend meeting from 10:00 pm to 1:00 am, on average. 4. 90 percent of seniors are unsupportive. 5. Worst Manager, manager is technically zero expects all work to be done in 15 mins. Does not even know basic google sheets but designation is cluster ceo. Very bad. Management also listen to only the manager not to the enployees.

I Love everything about Zomato. One should work in Zomato,I worked her for 6 years I felt Zomato is my home. It's great experience.

They don't retain. If you want to leave just leave, HR won't ask your problem why you want to leave. They are bit laid back.

Company provides training for employees before work started. This is very nice rare quality found inside todays companies.

No savings. Low salary.earning not as per satisfaction. No insurance for family. Please don't work if u have big expectations. Indian roads worst quality u will end with lifetime backpain nothing more.

the company sets their mind on something new everyday and we work together to make it happen. The hustle culture gives a sense of accomplishment.

The HR & Managers. HRs are biased to managers even when the employee was put through depression & anxiety issues due to the manager. Managers not at all empathetic to situations. Mental health is a real problem and outcome of working with Zomato. There are so many colleagues going through it due to the work life at Zomato

To be honest, nothing great as such. Just like every other company. No distinct pointers to like the company. They are not employee oriented. They do not care if you leave the company. Zero interest or efforts in employee retention.
