4% Appraisal after working so hard. Regular change of territory. Middle & top level management are lack consistency specifically in running any project. Focuses on Revenue generation rather than solving realtime issues. Pressurizes to work on off days & even on holiday. Doesnt respect & value employees family time. Regular lay offs. Many employee lost job due to the mistakes of manager. If agree to any nonsense command of ur senior you can climb the ladder soon here....Read More

How the hell can you cook food and deliver it in just 10 minutes???

I was wondering the same thing last night.. Even my mother cannot cook food and hand it to me as fast as 10 minutes! Even maggi takes longer too cook, if you're cooking it properly. So how are Zepto, Swiggy and Zomato planning to do it? The answer is, highly unhealthy ultra processed half cooked food! No no, I am not saying that it'll be bad in taste, it'll be tasty as hell for sure, how else will they survive then, but I can vouch that this food will be highly ultraprocessed and unhealthy for us. Please don't sacrifice your health just to get food delivered in 10 minutes!

There's no control on local culture by HRs striving to make company better sitting remotely in headquarters. How employees get treated by colleagues, how work gets done and the politics that go around to reward those who know how to please without making much effort squeezes the moral away from those who work honestly.
