True Colour of Zocket - Part 1: Unveiling the Pain Behind the Paycheck My experience at Zocket has been extremely challenging and disappointing. The work environment is highly toxic, with a lack of professionalism and respect for employees. Job security is virtually non-existent, and there is a significant amount of office politics and favoritism, which creates an unfair and demotivating atmosphere. One of the biggest issues is the complete disregard for work-life balance. Employees are frequently contacted after working hours, and there is no respect for personal time. This has led to increased stress and burnout among team members. Additionally, there is no emphasis on skill development or career growth, which makes it difficult to see a future here. The behavior of some higher officials is unprofessional and unacceptable. The use of derogatory language and disrespectful remarks creates a hostile work environment. There is a clear lack of leadership and professionalism at all levels, which has a negative impact on employee morale and productivity.
