Good place for freshers to learn

Strict office timing You have to work on weekend's too the managers will force you to work on weekends. If you don't punch in on time that is 9:30 am you will be considered as 1/4 th leave.6:30 pm is the office timing but you will be there till midnight also. You will be micromanaged for everythinge4;">. you won't get proper instructions from the management</mark>. Job security is zero today you will be there Tommorow you may not. Very bad office culture. The HR team is worst You have to wait for your appraisal from 3 to 6 months you might not get appraisal also. Every indian festival is a holiday and saturday sunday are week offs Good work timings 9:30am-6:30pm

Once your probation is over your job is pretty much secure. The only issue here is the management is very poor. The work place is very bad if compared to some of other MNCs. A lot of things. Mostly the management decisions. Then the hr policies. And the head of HR also behaves like a kid. You have to come at 9.30 or else they deduct 500 ruppes salary but I if you go at 6.30 the usual log of time the HR will take your photo and send to your manager. No work life balance. The manger will ask you to sit upto night 2 to 3 am. very bad work ethics. No outing nothing. No training for the new technologies. Just learn yourself and do....Read More
