Company work environment is very good,There is no any small politics in the office. Team leader Bharath is very friendly nature with there team members.He is always ready to help and support there team members.There is no any work pressure in call centre team .

It makes for a good start, but otherwise growth opportunities are very limited.

The haphazard working style of the inexperienced managers, poor company culture and not-so-friendly work environment make ZKTeco a very dull place to work. The company's policies towards its employees are not good. Most staff members are unhappy here and are waiting for a chance to leave, except perhaps those at the senior level.. The managers don't respect or value their subordinates, and do not care about their safety. They will ask you to come to work on a holiday when literally no one is around, and will repeatedly remind you that you are coming at your own risk. Yeah, that's right - you are coming on a holiday to do company's work, but if something happens to you, the company is not responsible. The risk is all yours. The manager later asked me not to go, but that doesn't undo what she/ he said. How can a manager recklessly say such a thing? So, they don't care if something happens to me, they just want to make clear that the company won't be responsible. Wow! What an amazing way to treat another human being! The same thing happened when they took us out for Diwali dinner - way outside the city, no streetlights on the roads for over a kilometer or two. We all understand that it is at our risk that we are going, and no one is making a fuss of it either. But the reminder that if something happens, it's your fault/ risk and the company doesn't care/ bother - that's a crappy attitude to come from a manager.
