Nothing to write here. So much politics and unethical practices

I would have given negative star if that option available in Ambitionbox. Very poor and unprofessional management. Very poor work culture headed by chinese heads(Vincen and James) Both the chinese heads used to humiliating indian employees on a daily basis.Vincen is like a poor kiddo who has a zero knowledge and understanding aboutwork. Used to scratch his head and shouting at all employees. HR Rani is bery unprofessional and its really surprising she even talk a proper sentence in english. Usually busy in forcing all new joiners to give 5 star rating on the day of joining. How can a new joiner predict the work culture even before starting the work? this is seriously unethical. A leyman can understand the one liner sentence with 5 star ratings continuously on Ambitionbox or glassdoor by new joiners. Its really pathetic. I will never suggest to join this company....Read More
