There is nothing good about this company.

Dislikes

There is no job security, at any point they can terminate without any proper reason. They will terminate or put employees in PIP at the time of appraisal. No appreciation for work. Instead work overtime or work on weekends.

Totally a Chinese company they are treating like u r the servants , no policy were there whenever they want they can fire you. So internal politics are going on here if you want to be a slave then join this company .

It's an awesome company to work for. I have been working here from last 2 and a half year. The work ethics is great, environment is fantastic, and collogues are great. The management here is one of the best. The company is made by it's employees and they are just awesome people to be around.

Once your probation is over your job is pretty much secure. The only issue here is the management is very poor. The work place is very bad if compared to some of other MNCs. Salary is pretty good and hikes are very high in percentage. The developers are very helpful to each other. Very new workforce.

A lot of things. Mostly the management decisions. Then the hr policies. And the head of HR also behaves like a kid. You have to come at 9.30 or else they deduct 500 ruppes salary but I if you go at 6.30 the usual log of time the HR will take your photo and send to your manager. No work life balance. The manger will ask you to sit upto night 2 to 3 am. very bad work ethics. No outing nothing. No training for the new technologies. Just learn yourself and do....Read More
