They are very good at terminating employee without any reason and very good at politics. Team leads are not good, They are biased with their people only, with other state employee they behave differently. And some of the TL's are very good to potery you negative infront of manager and Hr to terminate you.

Once your probation is over your job is pretty much secure. The only issue here is the management is very poor. The work place is very bad if compared to some of other MNCs. Salary is pretty good and hikes are very high in percentage. The developers are very helpful to each other. Very new workforce.

A lot of things. Mostly the management decisions. Then the hr policies. And the head of HR also behaves like a kid. You have to come at 9.30 or else they deduct 500 ruppes salary but I if you go at 6.30 the usual log of time the HR will take your photo and send to your manager. No work life balance</mark>. The manger will ask you to sit upto night 2 to 3 am. very bad work ethics. No outing nothing. No training for the new technologies. Just learn yourself and do....Read More
