...nt is very poor. The work place is very bad if compared to some of other MNCs. Salary is pretty good and hikes are very high in percentage. The developers are very helpful to each other. Very new workforce.

... hr policies. And the head of HR also behaves like a kid. You have to come at 9.30 or else they deduct 500 ruppes salary but I if you go at 6.30 the usual log of time the HR will take your photo and send to your manager. No work life balance. The manger will ask you to sit upto night 2 to 3 am. very bad work ethics. No outing nothing. No training for the new technologies. Just learn yourself and do.

...facility of toilets in office . Most of the times toilets will be on service 16. Unnecessary deductions from employees salary just for late check-in’s 17. No security for women’s working here 18. Most of the juniors from development and testing team doesn’t have a knowledge on the technology which they are working but still show off 19. Micro management and review will be taken from unofficial project leads not from respective department head 20. No technical knowledge candidates are being unofficial leads in project and doesn’t have fresher knowledge also 21. Manager Vinod Choudhari* look into your favourite ga*ndu sisya I.e your previous project unofficial lead and his sisya teams chat history you will feel very happy about him 22. Dropping employees into PIP who have been worked in organisation for a period of 3+ years without valid reason and getting work done from them by extending pip duration 23. R&D manager doesn’t have management skills 24. Like non-IT company everyday employees should write in ledger book available in security area for late check-in’s 25. R&D manager doesn’t have a common sense on treating employees when they are in his cabin and doesn’t ask them to sit also even if he do discussion for an hour also 26. Chutiy** manager always forgets whatever he spokes minute back and ask the employees to remember about what he said 27. R&D manager always says nothing in his hand . If you don’t have power wear saree and bangles and sit in your home buddy 28. Useless town hall meeting for none of the queries never gets a solution 29. Management looted the employees PF amount during Covid times by registering all employees name into scheme where employees are not eligible for it and also due to which PF accounts are blocked for a period of 3 years. ...d ZKTeco to anyone looking for career advancement or a healthy work environment. They will deduct 500 rupees from the salary in 1 minute delay also. Never seen such toxic company with this kind of stupid higher management people.
