...nt is very poor. The work place is very bad if compared to some of other MNCs. Salary is pretty good and hikes are very high in percentage. The developers are very helpful to each other. Very new workforce.

... hr policies. And the head of HR also behaves like a kid. You have to come at 9.30 or else they deduct 500 ruppes salary but I if you go at 6.30 the usual log of time the HR will take your photo and send to your manager. No work life balance. The manger will ask you to sit upto night 2 to 3 am. very bad work ethics. No outing nothing. No training for the new technologies. Just learn yourself and do.

...yone is an chineese puppets. Not treating employee as human. HR team is useless. Salary delay and coming on 7th. Strict timings and if you come late even 20 mins you will loose your salary

You can learn about the software and products. However people will not guide you step by step.You have to ask them everytime.

There is no job security at all and not much learning, growth.HR policy is applied only on the paper but not on real life when it comes to Salary and resignation.
