Sometimes worklife balance got disturbed but I believe as a Developer it's responsibility to deliver work on time with quality and failed to do so it's impacted on personal life. However now I am able to manage my timings very well

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look at the product of one client. finish each task is a tough job but I feel good as management has faith in me. I like my work at Zithas. It is a great learning experience.

Notice period bahot jyada hai, 4 months. 4 months se pehle nikalne nahi dange Salary time pe nahi milti, 18 tak khich lete hai Itna kharab management mene kabhi nahi dekha hai , Overtime bahot karvate hai 2 year or usse jyada to bond Hota Hai Agar Notice 4 months ka hai to 4 months tak aapko Salary provide nahi karenge or usse 2 months bhi Salary keliye wait karvayenge total 6 moths Salary nahi dete agar koi resign dalta hai to Ye sari chize badme join hone ke bad Pata chalegi...Read More
