Ambient Office atmosphere always fells like alive, Work Culture, Senior Employees and Management attitude towards those under them helping us and making us learn from our works and allowing us to think freely and make choices by judging with our work experiences and suggestions from them and many more.

Dislikes

Sometimes I feel like I'm exhausted and can't work anymore and just then something or the other pops up and had to work on. Other then the Occasional attritions between us colleagues during the project discussions and Testing there are less to none to dislike working at ZipherTech.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
