Analyst level persons was good.

1)HR policies are very bad, there is no any professional HR person in the HR department all are unprofessional and there behaviour is also very rude they doesn't have any manners how to talk and behave with employee. 2) Increment policy is very worst u can't beleive about that, they give April increment in last month of year i.e in month of December, also does not gives the full arrears (only gives arrears of November and December). Also they do partiality from person to person, generally they gives more preference to local employee. 3) Security persons on entry gate are very arrogant, those security persons are bigger personality than our HODs. 4) Leaves policy are also bogus. HR person decides increment on the basis of leaves (no leaves more increment & more leaves no change.) 5) Very high workload like worker, there is no time limit of work, u have to stay unnecessary after 5:30....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are average, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike but late and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 yrs and increment will be not pay on time
