Zim laboratories is a good company from overall view, my teammates are support me very well. As per company policy company give a training at frequent time, there are so many opportunities to learn new things. I work in Orally Disintegrating Strips (ODS) which is a innovation made by company and there are no issue of salary, as per company policy, salary given before date 7 of every month.

Dislikes

Increment not given satisfactory, taken 1-2 hours extra working without compensation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the managment is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are average, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike but late and bonus every year.

There is a bond of 2 yrs and increment will be not pay on time
