These include inadequate salaries(2000-3000) for working 180hours a month for full-time employees even less than an intern(5000), a lack of motivation among employees due to poor management practices and difficulties in securing payments from clients, despite candidates providing services for months, which not only affects the company's financial stability but also reflects poorly on its operational efficiency. The policies implemented by individuals Vaibhav and Runika are subpar and there is an evident absence of effective leadership. The imposition of M3- M4 policies, even for recruiters who have just joined the company, showcases an inflexible approach that doesn't consider new hires' varying needs and experiences. The company also imposes excessive work pressure without offering poor support or incentives.
