1. Whole company is unorganized 2. No one in the company has defined job role 3. Anytime anyone can ask for any work 4. Management eliminates people in the name of cost cutting and hire skill less people to save money, that becomes headache for the people who work seriously 5. Everything depends on Boss's mood, either you are right or wrong employee wiill be judged by Boss's mood not by skills and abilities 6. No Growth, Always delay in promotions 7. No increments 8. Only politics from top Management to bottom 9. 90% Of PMT work is useless Artworks approval 10. Any can be fired even without any prior notice 11. No one has a safe future 12.
