Salary hikes are very less, sometimes they will give standard hike percent to every employee whatever their work is good/bad Witnessed best ever micro manager. Below are my reasons He don't care who works best and he supports favouritism and do favours to his employees by giving regular morning shifts though our shift is rotational and recommends extra hikes for those persons. Never give credit to his employees because he is full thirsty or never show his employees talent outside whenever he got chance he don't utilize ( yearly awards nomination) when I recommend some other employee name he just ignore easily Most of the times he didn't follow the basic protocols of our team( because when other team reached out to him and ask for a favor or whoever he tries to increase his bond, he simply order us to put extra burden on us by not following the rules Worst thing is his attitude and his useless narrow minded lengthy meetings He never tried to sort out few things that few works has to go to other teams bucket. He is afraid of dealing those things and simply argue with us to work on those. Silly thing is if we ever found that you are learning new technology and trying outside you will be targeted like mad (shifts will get change/ he will put you aside like an enemy and expects the same from other employees as well) All above mentioned points are valid, not just to me but to the whole team....Read More

HR are so co-operative , work culture is helpfull The teams are helpfull and love the parties every second week

Any manager comes from the US and without doing any research start cost cutting, and immediately employee gets to know now he/she is not an employee of Zeta Interactive system(this criteria only for temporary employees) but good for permanent. But when i left the company all the old and experiance employees left the company. only fews are left
