The experience that we gain here is priceless. With such experienced guidance it has been a smooth ride. The work culture is amazing, very different from other 9-5 jobs. Yes, the work timings are based on US market but if you love to do what we do here, it is never going to bother alot.

Dislikes

Mental pressure of financial markets can be a huge problem for some. But if you are a young horse, you can overcome it easily.

There is alot to learn especially if youre keen for a performance based comp. Only international markets. Hours are mainly US markets orientated. Flexibility and no politics. Good starting for fresher as they take without experience. just basic finance knowledge about futures/options, yield curve.

Dislikes

Maybe can be too flexible. everyone is independent. markets can be exciting but challenge too. patience required. base pay is ok but i heard others have good bonus on top paid monthly.

The job is quite interesting. At the beginning I felt hard to understand the concept but after sometimes it becomes intresting. And they have a good trading setup.
