The good thing about this company it's good for fresher and being a newbie in market at that time I liked some things like my team mates are good which made me work in this company for long and due to some opportunities I used to be a part of different projects which make me learn some good things, managing and prioritizing the taskassigned and deliver it on time. There is a career growth option but they expect a lot more compared to the pay. Talking about work environment it totally depends on team to team some teams have very amazing culture and some have very bossy people around so you can't decide till the time you are placed in a good team. Dislikes

There are few dislike I will mention here, there is nothing called learning other than your process training you are bounded by lot of work that you will not get time to even think about any other things than your work, they will train you on some process and after that nothing will change other than annoying enhancements everytime in the same process. There is nothing which can improve your learning to develop your skill. Work environment totally depends on the teams and projects some team have amazing people to work with and some will drive you crazy in a negative sense. There is no work life balance the company thinks only about the work assigned and get it completed. The most important topic salaries when I used to work they pay very basic salary and hikes or appraisal or incentives which they call it as same is like so pathetic which will discourage you to be lazy or leave. I don't have amazing experience but I have the worst experience which I want to share that is when I left the company I used to have enough of leaves that will payoff me a month's salary and in full and final settlement they ended up with less than my basic so I would suggest everyone not to save any leaves if someone is planning to leave....Read More

Work Details

My work is very hectic due to my mistake as I was very enthusiast of delivering work before time so I was left with some time and because of that they used to give extra work which made us cry due to the strict timelines of delivering the work on time.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
