The best part of Zen3 was Unpaid bench after your paid month bench, but it has been switch to 1 month paid bench and no more Unpaid bench due to transition to other company.
Dislikes
When I was in fixed project it was very good, but from past 10 months I'm facing many many many problems regarding job security, as I couldn't have a fixed project and moving to bench often.

My tenure with zen3 was for 9 months in 2018 to early 2019. I had no new learning’s from Zen3. I was just going office, staying in office for 9 hours. That is what I did for my entire tenure. I am kind of person who needs work and always wants to stay busy. since zen3 didn’t offer this to me, i quit the company on good terms.
