Work culture is worst. Parking facility. For tea: Manager tea is special,remain tea imagine, made tea by milk but add water in milk or milk in water. ? Safety NIL GMP work NIL Culture: Started Worst Every month employee Resigned around 40. No any early leave. Deduct money for Dress, safety shoes during reliving. Canteen policy strict. In Night shift: Same food packets given every day.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
