They preach teamwork but practice division. It’s the opposite of what they claim to be. I feel like a cog in a machine that doesn’t care about my development or happiness.

My attempts to communicate with the HR team were met with indifference. It was a waste of my time. Micromanagement is rampant; you can’t make decisions on your own. The favoritism is obvious; hard work doesn’t pay off. I was promised flexible work arrangements, but the reality is rigid and suffocating.

Promotions seem to be more about who you know rather than what you accomplish. Disrespectful treatment from management is commonplace and tolerated.

I regret ever accepting this job. The stress is unbearable, and the lack of support makes it even worse. I’ve never felt more undervalued in my career. The lack of recognition and appreciation is staggering. Racism and bias are rampant here. Management turns a blind eye, creating a very uncomfortable work environment. Employees are constantly walking on eggshells; it’s stressful.

No recognition for hard work. It’s disheartening to see others receive praise for minimal effort. They promote a false image of flexibility, but it’s a trap. You’ll be stuck working late.

The favoritism displayed by management is blatant and discouraging. It creates a toxic atmosphere where hard work is not recognized. Opportunities for advancement are limited and often based on favoritism. Employees are burned out from unrealistic expectations set by leaders. The work-life balance is non-existent; it feels like we’re always on the clock.

Hard work goes unnoticed. There’s no incentive to put in extra effort when there’s no reward. Managers often play favorites, leading to a split in team cohesion and trust. Diversity and inclusion are not prioritized here, which creates a very homogenous and unwelcoming environment. The bureaucracy here is suffocating. So much time wasted on unnecessary forms and reports.

Senior management has no regard for employee well-being. It’s all about the bottom line. The leadership here is utterly incompetent; I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. The office is chaotic, and there’s no structure to support employees. You’ll feel lost. They claim to support remote work but constantly undermine it with office pressure.
