I was denied a day off for personal reasons. This place has no compassion for its workers.

Dislikes

Stress levels are through the roof. You’ll be expected to work overtime regularly without extra pay. The culture here is cutthroat. Watch your back at all times. Management plays favorites, which creates a hostile work environment. Communication is nonexistent; my ticket just disappeared into the void.

...ure and unrealistic deadlines create a toxic environment that is hard to endure. They lure you in with high salaries but offer no real compensation or raises.

Employees are left to deal with issues without any guidance from management. Leadership lacks vision and is unresponsive to feedback. It's hard to feel motivated in such an environment. Suggestions for improvement are routinely ignored by leadership.

Stuck in the same position with no chance to advance or develop skills. I went through several rounds of interviews only to be told they chose someone else without any feedback. Just a waste of time.

...ent firsthand, largely due to management’s inaction. It’s a hostile environment. Even with great performance reviews, salary increases are rarely given. Many managers lack the necessary skills to lead effectively and support their teams. The office is full of politics and favoritism. Real talent goes unnoticed while the same few get promoted endlessly.

This is the least supportive workplace I’ve ever encountered. Any attempt to voice concerns is met with ridicule.

Dislikes

...pected and undervalued. Definitely not returning. HR does not support employees. Good salary, but constant pressure makes it hard to enjoy. Employees are left feeling expendable under the current leadership. This job has caused me so much stress. I’m actively looking for something better. There’s no support for mental health. They expect you to just keep pushing through the stress.

Poor management decisions are driven by favoritism rather than merit. It’s disheartening.

Dislikes

...oad, leading to constant dissatisfaction. High expectations with little support. The variable pay is far too high compared to the actual effort required. Employees feel undervalued and overworked with little chance for growth. Employee feedback is not taken seriously. It feels like a waste of time to voice concerns.
