With the changes happening at CTS there are multiple opportunities to explore in terms of role, though growth options are limited within the co. with budget cuts and scaled promotions. Hikes have also been inconsistent at senior levels and very minimal in %. Lot of scope to learn and develop and leverage it elsewhere. Teams are very collaborative by nature, no major hierarchy culture. Onsite opportunities earlier prior to covid used to be easier if you knew managers. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Compensation is lower and growth very slow. Now with the organizational changes, slow to change and process adoption. Mentorship at Manager level lacking and not outcome driven. Acknowledgement from stakeholders disregarded during promotions, promotions manager driven. Lot of skill enablement opportunities within the concern but no management drive on completion.

Company culture was very good. Senior management was also good.

Dislikes

...security, suddenly one day you will know that now your not part of your project. Salary and other benefits are very less as compared to other it company.

Cognizant has strong capebilities in delivering technology services with a robust support. People are satisfied working here but since past couple of years company has not given ample opportunitiesto employees in terms of growth and compensastion

Not good approasal No timely appraisal No promotion policies No standard salary parameters as per exp No benchmarking for compensastion

If you swith to Cognizant, they will provide good salary compared to other service based company. They also push their associate for skill development with regular certification drive.

Dislikes

The appraisal system dropped drastically in couple of years. Very minimum salary hike with high ratings.
