The management is completely out of touch. They don’t care about employee feedback, leading to high turnover and a miserable environment. I received verbal confirmation for the job, but it's been weeks without a written offer. The HR team's communication is terrible, and they're quite rude on the phone.

I wish I hadn’t applied. The compensation discussions were a joke, and the atmosphere is toxic. The pay is low, and the expectations are non-existent. It’s hard to feel motivated when there’s no incentive to work harder.

The constant feeling of being overworked is exhausting, with no end in sight.

Dislikes

The only thing you’ll gain is regret. Don’t waste your time here. I’ve never experienced so much micromanagement in my career. It stifles creativity and productivity. Working late is the norm, and there’s no reward for the extra effort. It’s demoralizing. The training resources are outdated and ineffective.
