Basically a cheat, under paid salaries, never pays salary on time der is 90days delay payments, whatever profits company earns goes for owners loan dues and his family expense. He makes delay payments for feild labours, supervisors, fright charges so many issues, Never gives you appointment letter, salary statement, no bonuses, no medical claims, no PF, no DA, no HRA, no travel allowanc.. No hikes even if u work two years or more Never expect that u will be paid pending salary of previous months, in the end you lose 3 month salaries when changing job. It so happened, they once used my salary of Rs:12500.00 from the salary funds to buy fuel.. imagine already 3months delay... Job distribution not permanent every day changing Worst company experience yet we worked with no other job in hand...Read More
