The only thing which i like about Zairo International is to not work with them. The best time while working with Zairo international was the time when i was on leave. Thats it there is nothing to like about this Workplace.

The following are :- 1. No fix time of Salary. And the management didnt even bother to tell you that the salary can be delayed. 2. No work ethic’s, doing fraud with their Customers as well as with the employees 3. No work culture 4. Whole business is setup on free sources available, the management didnt have money to even invest in the things which will benefit them for growth 5. Unlike other companies zairo is supporting their employees in every aspect and also taking necessary prcautions to fight against covid-19 in office premises. Work environment is safe and healthy.

Dislikes

The salary is still the same as before but the incentives structure is bit reduced.
