My colleagues and all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Even when they have a lot of work, they always lend a hand without hesitation. Even the senior management is quick to respond and easy to approach.

You have to forget your personal life as they want you to work 24*7, weekends are also working. They always give unachievable targets and force you to work overtime to achieve them. + The company's AVP and its flatterers put a lot of mental pressure and ask you to resign daily. A lot of biasness and politics in the management</mark>. Your important planned leaves get canceled at the last moment. Unprofessional and rude management. The work is clueless and endless. You have to work day and night and still get to hear rubbish from managers. Management doesn't trust their employees and says unprofessional rubbish things. Unbearable pressure that you will end up leaving the company. There is no timing, you have to be available early morning or late at night without any excuse. Work Culture is okay.. But the management is worst.. Specially in media buying.. You need to work on weekends as well. No personal life... Every time need to take care of campaigns even in morning or 1 am in night.. 0 job security.. Unprofessional manger.. They treat you like you are in school are they are teacher / principle.. Pay is okay but they destroy you overall work life balance... They even install some software in laptop called desktime when is take screenshot without telling full on micromanagement.....Read More
