Job Description
Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified ) is seeking well-qualified Manager- Administration IT to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
- Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
- Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ensure IT infrastructure and systems (hardware and software) are up to date, functional, and secure.
- Oversee and coordinate IT support and troubleshooting for staff, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Manage and oversee the inventory of IT hardware and software, including procurement, installation, and disposal.
- Work closely with external vendors to manage service contracts and ensure the timely resolution of IT-related issues.
- Recruit new administrative employees, then orient and train them for their specific job descriptions
- Conduct semi-annual evaluations of administrative personnel and provide guidance about potential improvements in each employee s performance
- Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously
- Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations and training sessions
- Responsible for the day to day operational management of facilities soft services on site.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Any graduate or bachelor s degree preferred.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
