Job Description

Z1 Tech (Great Place to Work-Certified ) is seeking well-qualified Manager- Administration IT to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

Monitors and procures needed supplies for office, reception, mailroom, and kitchen.
Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, and security standards.
Manages the maintenance and repair of machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
Ensure IT infrastructure and systems (hardware and software) are up to date, functional, and secure.
Oversee and coordinate IT support and troubleshooting for staff, ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Manage and oversee the inventory of IT hardware and software, including procurement, installation, and disposal.
Work closely with external vendors to manage service contracts and ensure the timely resolution of IT-related issues.
Recruit new administrative employees, then orient and train them for their specific job descriptions
Conduct semi-annual evaluations of administrative personnel and provide guidance about potential improvements in each employee s performance
Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations and training sessions
Responsible for the day to day operational management of facilities soft services on site.

Requirements:

6-8 years of experience in a similar role.
Any graduate or bachelor s degree preferred.
Proficient in verbal and written communication in both English and Hindi.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
